1.1	The pharmacy works with a third-party provider which offers a prescribing service including for weight-loss medicines. The pharmacy could not sufficiently demonstrate that it has the necessary assurances that the third-party prescriber has considered the risks of the service. It could not sufficiently demonstrate what safeguards the third-party prescriber had in place when prescribing weight loss medicines.	We have removed all references and functionality related to the Healthera Clinic platform from our website, as the pharmacy has not provided and does not currently provide any such services.	25/09/2025	13/09/2025
3.4	The pharmacy has a barrier in place to prevent unauthorised access to restricted areas, however the barrier is not secure and there is a risk that the restricted area could be accessed if the pharmacy team are not closely monitoring the area.	A temporary barrier and CCTV are now in place. Following consultation with a builder, a lockable door will be installed to provide a long-term solution to this issue.
