Preventive action- The pharmacy has reviewed its medicines storage arrangements and reinforced with all team members that prescription only medicines must not be stored in publicly accessible areas of the pharmacy. The Superintendent Pharmacist will incorporate medicines storage into routine pharmacy audits and periodic checks to ensure continued compliance with Standard 4.3 and to prevent recurrence.
