Immediate investigation and remedial action has been carried out. • An immediate investigation has taken place to understand why procedures were not followed and feedback enacted. • An immediate review and consideration has also taken place of management and staff roles, their conduct and appropriate remedial action, re-training and re-setting of expectations for future conduct. • Experienced staff sent from another store to improve process efficiency, reset targets/ambitions and to re-train staff and regular pharmacists. • Monthly inspection/compliance checks undertaken by the company to ensure that procedures are being adhered to going forward and that staff are coached and deployed effectively. |
