1. Additional thermometer supplied to pharmacy
2. Requirements for checking temperatures for all stock where pharmacy stock is held, and acting on out of range readings reinforced to staff
3. Assess more appropriate long-term fridge storage needs
4. Manage fridge stocks to ensure excessive stocks are not held
5. Assess uncollected, dispensed fridge items and contact patients to speed collection.
