M&A Pharmacies Ltd (1039261) - Improvement action plan

The pharmacy doesn’t have suitable processes to manage the way it dispenses medicines into multi-compartment compliance packs. So, there is an increased risk of error.

We have taken on board the issues raised by the Inspector. The MDS trays once they have been filled and awaiting further additions (when we receive the prescriptions for them)
Will now be placed in a separate basket for each patient together with the containers from which they are filled together with the corresponding prescriptions and will be signed by the pharmacist to confirm they have been checked.
