I have spoken with HR and both apprentices will be enrolled onto buttercup training course. Our process is that when we hire a new trainee they are automatically enrolled onto Numark training and once they have passed their probation period (6 months) they will be enrolled onto buttercups training course. We have had issues with Buttercup training and we are actively looking to take courses to another company unless Buttercup improve on this. |

Dossette boxes have now been moved back into branch and are made in the Pharmacy. The Superintendent has asked all staff to re-read Jhoots SOP on dispensing and supplying dossette boxes. |
