Review of staffing levels and skill mix (using staffing and capability assessment document) Completion of staffing rota, matrix and training plan. Complete and maintain 6 weeks forward planning rotas Assess against workload, identify any shortfalls and put appropriate resource in place. Complete recruitment for full-time vacancy. Full induction to be completed for new starter upon commencement of employment. Relief dispenser support to be provided until recruitment completed. Pharmacist Manager recruited to work full time in the pharmacy to provide continuity. Currently working their notice in existing employment. Due to start in 7 weeks time. AOM will continue weekly visits until Manager assumes leadership responsibilities. Team meeting arranged to review the content of the inspection report and the plan to improve and maintain standards. |
