Not all team members are familiar with the pharmacy's standard operating procedures. And the procedures are not available to staff on the premises. This makes it harder for team members to know how to work safely and effectively in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is to Compile all Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) and send a digital copy to all members of staff. Staff are then to sign off the SOPs that have been read on the physical copy of the SOPs located in the pharmacy
