Near Miss recording was sparse due to inconvenient location of relevant sheet notwithstanding current time constraints with significantly increased recent workload. However a better solution has been found in that a simple notebook is now handy to quickly jot down near misses. SOPs though present for inspection had not been reviewed for some time again due to excessive workload. |
