The pharmacy is busy and does not always have enough staff to provide its services. The pharmacy has experienced some staff absence and is behind on its dispensing.

The Pharmacy is now staffed to the appropriate level.
• Pharmacy Manager has returned from Holiday
• Full time dispenser has rescinded resignation and is staying
• Medicines counter assistant is fully trained in her role and is looking to progress to be a trained dispenser
• Dispenser who was absent due to an operation has since returned to work
• All shifts covered by trained employed pharmacists

All dispensing workload is up to date, and services are being provided in a safe and effective manner. No complaints have been received by patients or staff regarding poor service
