Govani (1031439) - Improvement action plan

There is a risk that people accessing the consultation room can see other people’s private information.

1. Identifying where else we can place the consulting room within the pharmacy premises as currently the only access to it is through the dispensary and there is no way to change this.
2. Once we have identified a suitable place we will commission a builder to build the room.
