The consultation room is not suitable for the services provided. It does not allow a private conversation to be held with a team member in person without being overheard.

A company is due to install a sliding door which will separate the dispensary and the consultation room into two separate compartments. The door will also help to ensure that conversations taking place in the consultation room cannot be heard in the dispensary.

The pharmacy cannot show that it always stores medicines which require refrigeration appropriately.

The fridge has been defrosted and a new maximum/minimum thermometer installed in order to monitor the temperature with greater accuracy. The initial readings show this has worked. The RP will forward temperature records for a given date range in order to show the appliance is working and the medicines are being stored in line with appropriate conditions.
