1. Complete the company staffing and capability document, providing a copy to Head Office.
2. Staffing skill mix and hours for the pharmacy, documented in rotas (six weekly plans) and including the hours and set days relief colleague support will be provided to the store.

The pharmacy does not always store its medicines appropriately to ensure they are not accessible to the public. It also does not follow the necessary processes to ensure that all medicines are still in date and suitable for supply.

1. Revisit – Prescription Management Central Fulfilment volumes, including reviewing the consolidation process on receipt of returned goods.
1. Revisit internal audit results. Discuss organisation of stock management.
2. Implement date checking, as per 'Best in Class' schedule.
