| 4.3 | Medicines that require refrigeration are not always stored in fridges where temperatures are properly monitored. Where temperatures are monitored, readings are not always accurate. And there is evidence that fridge temperatures have deviated outside of safe limits. This means the pharmacy may inadvertently supply medicines that are no longer fit for purpose. |
