The pharmacy has not made the necessary records for the private prescriptions it has dispensed since February 2025. This could make it harder to find information about these in the event of a query.

Collate all Private Prescriptions which have not been entered, cross refence with the Patient Medication Records (PMR) and ensure all private prescriptions are entered in the electronic Private Prescription Register in the PharmCD portal.
