In light of the consultation room being accessed by walking alongside the dispensary, we are reviewing the storage facilities for bagged up medication awaiting collection. We will be replacing the collection shelves with drawers which will preserve patient privacy. In the meantime, we will purchase plastic tubs to house the bagged up medication so the bag labels are not outwardly visible. The team have also been briefed regarding the need to ensure prescriptions are not visible in the dispensary. |
