All patients / organisations where we deliver medicines to that have any of the High-Risk Medicines need to be contacted as per the SOP. Copies of the last 6 months Drug Alerts and recalls to be obtained and checked, to ensure none have been missed then filed in a file solely for this process. Email system to be checked daily for alerts and recalls and then be dealt with daily. |
