3.2	The consultation room has windows which are transparent. Smartcards are accessible from the retail area of the pharmacy.	The Pharmacy Manager has today ordered some vinyl privacy opaque window film and this will be attached to the windows of the consultation room next week. All staff have refreshed themselves with SOP 45 for Confidentiality and data protection which clearly states that ‘When not in direct use at the Pharmacy, Smart cards should be kept securely by the member of staff to whom they belong’.	02/09/2019	22/08/2019
