Pharmacy context
This quiet pharmacy is located in a closed unit in a residential area. Members of the public do not usually visit the pharmacy in person. Instead, the pharmacy delivers medicines to people in the local area. The pharmacy dispenses NHS prescriptions, and it provides some other NHS funded services including the Pharmacy First Service. It also provides a number of private services including travel vaccinations and a weight management service. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in October 2025.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
