Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is situated in the village of Wilstead. It mainly dispenses NHS and private prescriptions to people in the local community and to some care home residents. It also supplies some people with medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to help them take their medicines correctly.
This was an inspection of the pharmacy to follow up on information of concern received by the GPhC. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
