Last inspection: 18/06/2026

Pharmacy context

This is a community pharmacy in the seaside town of St Leonards‐on‐sea. It provides NHS services such as dispensing and the Pharmacy First service. It supplies medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs to people who need this additional support. And it offers a home delivery service. This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in March 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.2. This reinspection focused on that Standard which had previously not been met. Since the inspection the pharmacy has provided evidence to show it is now recording dispensing mistakes. And that staff have received additional training and re-read the standard operating procedures.
