Pharmacy context
This is a dispensing hub pharmacy situated in Leicester. The pharmacy dispenses NHS prescriptions. The pharmacy dispenses medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs and in original packs. These are sent back to other community pharmacies owned by the same company, also known as spoke pharmacies, for supply to their patients. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it relocated from its previous address in August 2025.
