Pharmacy context

This is a distance selling pharmacy in a business park in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The pharmacy dispenses prescriptions issued by a separate prescribing service which is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This includes treatments for weight loss, hair loss, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction (ED) and menopause. Voy Pharmacy (formerly known as Menwell Pharmacy) provides its services online so people do not visit the pharmacy premises in person. This was a reinspection following an inspection in August 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1, 1.4 and 2.6. This reinspection focused primarily on those Standards which had previously not been met. Since then the pharmacy has strengthened its governance, introduced more clinical checking, updated its website and improved the professional oversight of its promotional activity.
