Pharmacy context
This is a private pharmacy on an industrial estate in Herne Bay. It dispenses private prescriptions for a third-party online prescribing service. The pharmacy offers some face-to-face private services such as travel vaccinations, period delay, weight loss and flu vaccinations using patient group directions. And it has a range of over-the-counter medicines available. The pharmacy delivers medicines via a courier service. This was the first inspection of the pharmacy since it started trading in September 2025.

What does 'pharmacy has not met all standards' mean?
When a pharmacy has not met all standards, they are required to complete an improvement action plan, which you can find via a link at the top left of this page. We monitor progress to check the improvements are made and inspect again after six months to make sure the pharmacy is maintaining these improvements. A new report will then be published.
