Pharmacy context

This community pharmacy is located in a residential area of Norwich in Norfolk. It provides a variety of services including dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions, the New Medicines Service (NMS) and the Pharmacy First service and COVID-19 and Travel vaccinations under Patient Group Directions (PGDs). It also provides medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to people who need extra support taking their medicines. 

This was an inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. The pharmacy was previously inspected in July 2015.
