Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is located in the village of Tiptree in Essex. It provides a variety of services including dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions, the sale of Pharmacy only (P) medicines and the Pharmacy First service through Patient Group Directions (PGDs).
This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in November 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 4.3. This reinspection focused on the Standard which had previously not been met. Since the last inspection the pharmacy has made changes to ensure that medicines requiring special storage are stored appropriately and that access is appropriately managed.
