Pharmacy context
The pharmacy provides specialist dispensing services for the supply of a limited range of medicines, all of which are unlicensed, often known as “specials”. It does not have a contract to dispense NHS prescriptions. The pharmacy works with one clinic in the UK, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who prescribe and send private prescriptions to the pharmacy for dispensing. People cannot access the pharmacy’s premises to obtain their medicines, and instead have their medicines delivered. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it registered in March 2023 and started operating in August 2025.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
