Pharmacy context
This is a private pharmacy which first opened in August 2025. People access the pharmacy’s weight management services via its websites: superiorpharmacy.co.uk or prescribeme.co.uk. The pharmacy does not have an NHS contract, and the only activity is dispensing private prescriptions for medicines used to support weight management. Prescriptions are issued after a consultation with a pharmacist independent prescriber. The prescribing service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This was the first inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
