Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy on a busy road in Southeast London. It mainly dispenses NHS prescriptions and offers other NHS services such as the New Medicine Service, flu vaccinations, and the Pharmacy First service. It dispenses medicines into multi-compartment compliance packs for some people who need this additional support. And it provides a supervised administration service for certain medicines.
This was a routine inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in September 2016.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
