Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy located within a parade of shops in Southwest London. It provides NHS services such as the New Medicine Service and the Pharmacy First service. And it provides travel and flu vaccines using patient group directions. The pharmacy supplies medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs to some people who live in their own homes and need this support.
This was a reinspection of the pharmacy following an inspection in June 2025 where the pharmacy was found to be not meeting standards 1.7, 2.2 and 4.3, but was meeting the other standards. This reinspection focused on those standards which had previously not been met. Following the last inspection, the pharmacy had rearranged the storage of confidential information and secured some of its fittings. The pharmacy previously had some team members who were working in the dispensary and were not registered on accredited training courses. They had since been enrolled on the courses and were being given time at work to complete them.
