Pharmacy context
This is an NHS distance-selling pharmacy situated in an industrial estate in Birmingham. The pharmacy dispenses medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs and it sells pharmacy-only medicines (P) and General Sales List (GSL) medicines online via a third-party platform. This was a reinspection following an inspection in June 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1, 1.3, 4.2 and 4.3. This reinspection focused mainly on Principles 1, 2 and 4. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has improved its record keeping, its team members have read the pharmacy's written procedures, and it has ensured that relevant information is included when supplying multi-compartment compliance packs to people.
