Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is near the main entrance of St Richards Hospital in Chichester. The hospital is one of a group of four other hospitals within Sussex that work together. The pharmacy dispenses prescriptions for people who attend clinics in the hospital as outpatients. It does also dispense prescriptions for people in the wards but that activity is not part of this inspection. This was a routine inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in July 2017
