Pharmacy context
This is a hub pharmacy which assembles people’s prescriptions in original manufacturers’ packs for other pharmacies owned by the same company. The pharmacy delivers the assembled medicines to the other pharmacies for collection or delivery to people. The pharmacy also has an NHS contract which allows it to provide essential NHS services to people at a distance. People cannot access the pharmacy’s services directly in person. This was an intelligence-led inspection of the pharmacy following information received by the GPhC. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in July 2025, and all standards were met.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
