Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy on a main road in North London. It primarily provides NHS services such as dispensing. And it supplies medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs to people who need this additional support. It provides an occasional private prescribing service using a pharmacist independent prescriber. The pharmacy offers a delivery service to some local people. This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in March 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.2. This reinspection focused on the Standard which had previously not been met. Following the previous inspection, the pharmacy has undertaken an audit about its prescribing service.
