They have access to other training material to ensure they have the skills they need. The pharmacy gives them some time to do this training during the working day​. The premises are safe and clean, and suitable for the pharmacy services. The pharmacy team members can use a private room for some conversations with people. Other people cannot overhear these conversations. The pharmacy is secure when closed.
