Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is set next door to a GP surgery in Copthorne village. The pharmacy is open five days a week. It dispenses people’s prescriptions, sells over-the-counter medicines and offers health advice. And it also provides a range of other NHS and private services.
This was a reinspection following an inspection in March 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 4.2. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Overall, the pharmacy has made improvements following feedback from its previous inspection and is broadly delivering its services safely and effectively.
Inspection summary findings

What do the inspection outcomes mean?

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?

| The pharmacy delivers positive outcomes for patients and performs well against most of the standards | |
| The pharmacy meets all the standards | |
