Pharmacy context
There are occasions where we might take enforcement action against pharmacies without visiting and inspecting them. This is because it might be necessary to put restrictions on the services that a pharmacy provides, if the pharmacy is linked to another registered pharmacy under the same ownership structure where we have taken enforcement action. The pharmacy can continue to provide other services which are not affected by the restrictions imposed.
