Pharmacy context

This distance selling pharmacy is located on an industrial estate in the town of Diss in Suffolk. It provides a variety of services including dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions and the Pharmacy First service under Patient Group Directions (PGDs). It also provides medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to people who need extra support taking their medicines. All medicines are delivered to people, and the pharmacy is closed to the public. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it started trading in January 2026.
