Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is operated by QE Facilities Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust. The registered pharmacy premises is within a large warehouse building owned by QE Facilities Ltd. The pharmacy provides a homecare medicines service which involves delivering ongoing medicine supplies direct to people’s homes. Treatments are prescribed by hospital prescribers. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in March 2026, when the service relocated from a hospital outpatient pharmacy operated by the company.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
