Pharmacy context
This is a distance selling
pharmacy in the town of Prudhoe, Northumberland. It mainly dispenses NHS
prescriptions for people living across the local area. It supplies some
medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to help people take them
properly. People do not directly visit the pharmacy for NHS services. The
pharmacy delivers people’s medicines to their homes and provides remote
consultations for Pharmacy First. But it does provide some limited in-person
services such as ‘flu and COVID vaccinations.
This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in July 2025.
