Prime Pharmacy (1040152)

Inspection outcome: Standards met

Last inspection: 18/09/2025

Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes

Pharmacy context

The pharmacy is located on a busy local high street in East London. It provides NHS dispensing services, the Pharmacy First service, flu vaccinations, and the Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring service. The pharmacy supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to some people who live in their own homes and need this support.

This was a desktop reinspection of the pharmacy following an inspection in April 2025 where the pharmacy was found to be not meeting standard 2.2 but was meeting the other standards. This reinspection focused on the standard which had previously not
been met. Following the last inspection, the member of staff had since been enrolled on to a suitable course.
