Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy in a small parade of shops in Birmingham. It provides NHS dispensing services and sells a small range of over-the-counter medicines. It also offers the Pharmacy First service, Pharmacy contraception service, seasonal flu vaccinations and substance misuse treatment. The pharmacy also supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to a handful of people who need additional support to take their medicines safely. This was the first inspection of the pharmacy since it relocated from premises nearby.
