Pharmacy context
This is a busy community pharmacy located inside a large health centre on the outskirts of the town centre. It dispenses prescriptions and it sells a small range of medicines over the counter. The pharmacy offers additional services including the New Medicine Service (NMS), Pharmacy First and blood pressure testing.
This was an inspection of the pharmacy to follow up on information received by the GPhC. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in February 2024 and all standards were met.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
