Pharmacy context

This pharmacy is situated in an industrial unit in the town of Blackburn, Lancashire. The pharmacy’s main services is dispensing NHS prescriptions and providing some NHS services remotely including Pharmacy First and a contraception service. It dispenses some medicines to people in multi-compartment compliance packs to help them take their medicines correctly. People do not visit the pharmacy in person, the pharmacy delivers medicines to some people’s homes. 
This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in September 2024.
