Inspection outcome: Standards met
Last inspection: 27/05/2026
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is set within a health centre in Dorking. The pharmacy opens seven days a week. It dispenses people’s prescriptions, sells over-the-counter medicines and offers health advice. And it provides a range of other NHS services. This was a reinspection following an inspection in February 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.6. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Overall, the pharmacy has made improvements following feedback from its previous inspection. It is now recording the controlled drugs it receives and supplies in the controlled drug (CD) register. And the CD register is available for inspection at the registered pharmacy premises as the law requires it to be.
Inspection summary findings

What do the inspection outcomes mean?
After an inspection each pharmacy receives one overall outcome. This will be either Standards met or Standards not all met
| The pharmacy has met all the standards for registered pharmacies | |

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?

| The pharmacy delivers positive outcomes for patients and performs well against most of the standards | |
| The pharmacy meets all the standards | |
| The pharmacy has not met one or more standards |
