Inspection outcome: Standards met
Last inspection: 15/12/2025
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This is a distance‐selling pharmacy which provides its services via its website (https://rightangled.com and www.wegoss.com) and has an online prescribing service. The pharmacy does not provide NHS services. It dispenses private prescriptions generated by a team of pharmacist independent prescribers and sells over‐the‐counter medicines. The types of medicines mainly dispensed include treatments for weight management and hair loss. The pharmacy is closed to the public and medicines are delivered to people via courier. Enforcement action has been taken against this pharmacy, which remains in force at the time of this inspection, and there are restrictions on the provision of some services. The enforcement action taken allows the pharmacy to continue providing other services, which are not affected by the restrictions imposed.
This was a reinspection following an inspection in June 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1, 1.5 and 4.2. All standards not met were addressed with enforcement, however this reinspection focused on standard 4.2 regarding the pharmacy’s delivery of medicines that require special storage. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has changed the packaging used to deliver these medicines and has carried out an audit on the maintenance of the storage conditions during delivery.
