Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is located in the town of Mildenhall in Suffolk. It provides a variety of services including dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions, the New Medicines Service (NMS) and sales of pharmacy only (P) medicines. This was a reinspection following an inspection in October 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 4.4. This reinspection focused on the Standard which had previously not been met. Since the inspection, the pharmacy has changed ownership and it now has appropriate procedures in place to action safety alerts and recalls of medicines and medical devices.
