Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is in a parade of shops in a residential suburb of Sheffield, South Yorkshire. It changed ownership in July 2025. Its main services are dispensing NHS prescriptions, selling over-the-counter medicines, and providing advice to people. It also provides NHS consultation services including the New Medicine Service (NMS) and the Pharmacy First Service. The pharmacy supplies some medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs, designed to help people remember to take their medicines. And it offers a medicine delivery service. This was a full routine inspection of the pharmacy. The pharmacy was last inspected in April 2016.

What does 'pharmacy has not met all standards' mean?
When a pharmacy has not met all standards, they are required to complete an improvement action plan, which you can find via a link at the top left of this page. We monitor progress to check the improvements are made and inspect again after six months to make sure the pharmacy is maintaining these improvements. A new report will then be published.
