Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is located inside a medical centre in the Thetford in Norfolk. It provides a variety of services including dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions and the Pharmacy First and flu vaccination services under Patient Group Directions (PGDs). It also provides medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to people who need extra support taking their medicines.
This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in October 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 4.3. This reinspection focused on the Standard which had previously not been met. Since the last inspection the pharmacy has started to record fridge temperatures daily for all its fridges and all records seen are within the required ranges.
