Pharmacy context
This is a pharmacy in a warehouse on an industrial site. It is not physically accessible to the public. It does not have an NHS contract and only provides private services, primarily the manufacture and supply of bespoke skincare products. It dispenses these against prescriptions issued by its in-house prescribers, as well as external prescriptions from CQC-registered clinics or other prescribers. It uses a courier service to deliver the medicines out to people. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in July 2025 and started trading at the start of 2026.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
